Saturday, I had the pleasure of spending some time with a good friend of mine and her two precious girls! Making that day even more special, it was baby A’s 1st Birthday! This little cutie was non-stop! A contributing factor could have been that she has been walking since 7 months! I know, 7 months is super early and had I not seen it myself… I would be suspicious :) These girls were nothing but a bubble of fun and super sweet! I trust that you will experience a bit of their bursting personalities just from these photos. Happy Birthday Baby A!

Bailey - 18 month

Today, I was finally able to do my daughters 18 month pictures. With the perfect amount of overcast I couldn’t have asked for a better day. With the help of daddy, she shot me some model grins! Now I just need to figure out… where has my baby girl gone!?!?

As I venture further into this “photography career” of mine, I can’t help to realize that the saying practice makes perfect couldn’t be truer. So, this weekend I enlisted the help of my best and her man for a quick couples shoot. Number one, we couldn’t have asked for a better day. Number two, I couldn’t have asked for better guinea pigs. Number three, they complement each other in the most amazing ways with their gorgeous looks. Number four, well… just look at the pictures and you will see for yourselves!

Adams Family

I had the honor of spending a few hours this afternoon with my husband’s cousin and his wife and their two handsome boys! As outdoor family sessions are about to swing into full gear, I couldn’t have asked for a better turnout to kick the season off. Now let’s talk about these sweet, sweet boys… and their baby blues. TO DIE FOR!!! They are surely going to be heartbreakers someday. Not to mention their brotherly bond has already formed. From kisses, to holding hands these two shared some of the sweetest moments today that literally left me with nothing short of the biggest grin! Meet the Adams.

My new addition!

I am pretty sure angels were singing when I received my new prime lens in the mail tonight! I am so excited about this new addition to my line up. It only took a few practice shots for me to know that it was worth every pretty penny I had spent… despite what my husband may think. With the realities of tub night, hungry cows and kittens I didn’t get to spend near as much time as I had hoped, but here are a few tidbits of what this gem can do. I have two sessions booked for this weekend and can’t wait to break out this lens! Stay tuned for more pictures!
